Additional details:
· We will meet in person three times for 60-90 minutes for lessons on cycles, tools for tracking and ways to listen to what your body is telling you, plus coaching to track your biomarkers and note your experiences
· We will meet by phone or zoom for 15-30 minutes in between each in person meeting to check in and see how it’s going, answer questions, make observations, etc
· You will reach out to me with any questions and I will share additional resources, and you can read, listen, watch as you like
